We are a small family of people all trying to get more fit together. At the head of the table sits Max Shippee, owner of this fine establishment. He is a fitness enthusiast for years, before deciding to make a go at this professionally. After successfully helping friends loose weight, and feel better about themselves, Max has made it his mission to help those who are ready to truly make a change for the better in their lives.
