WOD – “Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Pull-ups, the second 8 are Push-ups, the third 8 intervals are Sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are Squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Box Jump
You’re working for 2 minutes, then you’re resting for 2 minutes. This workout will take exactly 18 minutes. Your score is determined by the total number of reps completed (calories for rowing).

Your first set & last should be within 10 lbs.

Using a PVC pipe and pull-up bands, do “Fran” in under 3 minutes.
